These terms govern use of aircraftstructuresgroup.com (the "Site") operated by Aircraft Structures Group, LLC ("ASG"). By using the Site you agree to them. Repair and maintenance services are governed by the written quote, work order and warranty issued for each job, which take precedence over these Site terms.
Site content
Information on the Site — including leak classifications, timelines and capability descriptions — is general and provided for information only. It is not maintenance data, does not replace the applicable manufacturer's manuals or regulatory guidance, and must not be relied on for return-to-service decisions. Only work performed and documented by ASG under Repair Station certificate FSIR095E constitutes an ASG release.
Quotes and AOG requests
Submitting a form or calling the hotline is a request, not a contract. Response times shown on the Site are typical, not guaranteed, and depend on location, access, parts and weather. A binding engagement exists only when ASG issues a written quote or work order and you accept it.
Warranty
ASG's one-year warranty on fuel leak repairs covers the same leak path on the same aircraft for twelve months from return to service, as detailed in the warranty document delivered with each job. It does not cover new leak paths, damage from subsequent maintenance, misuse or accident. Site references to the warranty are summaries; the job documentation controls.
Intellectual property
The Site, its text, images, logos and design are owned by ASG or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use; any other reproduction requires our written permission.
Third-party links
Links to outside sites (industry press, associations, social networks) are provided for convenience. ASG does not control and is not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASG is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Liability for repair services is addressed in the applicable work order.
