Sheet-metal repair

Skin patches and doublers, frame and stringer splices, fastener hole repair, blend-outs and dent removal per SRM.

Production-line inspections

Structures and fuel-system inspectors embedded on OEM and completion-center production lines — sealant, fastener and tank-integrity checks before the aircraft leaves the line.

Damage assessment

On-site or from your photos and measurements: damage mapped to SRM zones and allowable limits, with a written repair-or-monitor recommendation the same day.

Corrosion remediation

Mapping, removal, blend and thickness verification, conversion coating, primer and CPC re-application — including bilge and belly areas.

Base maintenance teams

Structures and fuel-system technicians embedded in your scheduled heavy checks, on your hangar floor, on your schedule.
