Information you give us. When you request a quote, apply for a position or call our hotline, we collect what you provide: name, company, email, phone, aircraft type and registration, aircraft location, description of the work, photos, and — for applicants — your résumé and certification details.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
How we use it
To respond to quote requests and AOG calls, plan and perform repairs, issue documentation and warranties, evaluate job applications, and communicate about work you have asked us to do. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run this site on our behalf — website hosting (Netlify), form processing (Formspree) and email — under agreements limiting their use of your data. We may also share information when required by law, or with FAA or other authorities where repair records require it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Quote and job records are kept as long as needed for the work, warranty and FAA record-keeping obligations. Applicant materials are kept up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please do not send sensitive payment information through the forms.
